HomeToMart - Delivery Information and Guidelines

📍 Service Area

This shipping policy is only for India orders. We currently do not ship outside India.

⏱️ Processing Time

100% of orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

📋 Important Notes

  • Processing time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received
  • Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time

🚚 Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will update the tracking details in your order information.

You will receive tracking information via:

  • Email notification with tracking number and courier details
  • SMS updates on your registered mobile number
  • Order tracking section in your HomeToMart account

Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive the tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

💰 Delivery Costs

Delivery charges depend on your delivery location and order details.

Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

💡 Cost Calculation

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Final delivery charges will be displayed during checkout
  • Any additional charges will be clearly mentioned before payment

🚛 Our Carriers

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • DTDC - Pan India delivery network
  • Blue Dart - Express delivery services
  • Ecom Express - E-commerce specialized logistics

Courier partner selection can be changed depending upon the serviceable pincodes and availability from our logistics partners.

❌ Failed Delivery Policy

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer, the following conditions apply:

Reasons for Failed Delivery:

  • Wrong or incorrect shipping address provided
  • Absent receiver at the delivery location
  • Customer refuses to collect the package
  • Inability to contact customer for delivery coordination

⚠️ Important: Customer Responsibility

If delivery fails due to customer-related issues, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. This expense includes shipping costs incurred, and this amount will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

📋 Upon Receipt of Your Order

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery.

If You Find Issues:

  • Damaged Package: Refuse delivery or sign "Damaged" on delivery receipt
  • Incomplete Order: Note missing items before signing
  • Wrong Items: Do not accept delivery and contact us immediately

📞 Immediate Action Required

Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, you must contact us on the day of delivery for quick resolution.

🏦 Bank Holidays

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays, so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

This includes:

  • National holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti)
  • Regional festivals and state-specific holidays
  • Emergency declared holidays

⏰ Shipping Delays and Transit Issues Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner. However, there are instances where shipments may experience delays or be temporarily stuck in transit.

Factors Beyond Our Control:

  • Weather conditions and natural calamities
  • Transportation strikes or road blockages
  • Customs processing delays
  • Courier company operational issues
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

⏳ Extended Resolution Timeline

In the event that your shipment is delayed or remains in transit for longer than expected, please be aware that it may take up to 45 days for the courier service to resolve the issue and complete the delivery.

Our Commitment:

  • During transit delays, the courier company is responsible for managing any transit-related problems
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company once the package leaves our facility
  • We will provide all necessary support and coordination with courier partners
  • Regular updates will be provided on tracking status
