How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Order processing and shipping time varies by product type:

  • Ready-to-ship products: 1-2 business days processing + 3-7 days shipping
  • Print-on-demand items: 3-5 business days processing + 3-7 days shipping
  • Custom products: 5-7 business days processing + 3-7 days shipping

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your location and order value:

  • Orders above ₹599: FREE shipping across India
  • Orders below ₹599: ₹59 shipping charge
  • Remote locations: Additional ₹30 may apply
Can I track my order status?

  • WhatsApp updates at key milestones
Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners:

  • All major cities and metros
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

What if I'm not available during delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times and may:

  • Call you before delivery
  • Leave with authorized person at address
  • Hold at local delivery center for pickup
  • Reschedule delivery based on your preference
Can I change my delivery address after placing order?

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once shipped, address cannot be changed.
